The Raptors partnered with Subway on How I Game Day, a social-first content platform designed to make Subway part of the Raptors game day ritual. Through behind-the-scenes stories with Raptors personalities, including our in-game host, game operations crew, mascot and dance team, the program showed how Subway naturally fits into the routines that get people ready for tip-off.

THE PROBLEM

Subway needed to stay relevant on Raptors game days without relying on a direct loyalty offer or transactional promotion.

THE ASK

Create an episodic content platform that makes Subway feel like a natural part of Raptors game day while driving purchase intent and app downloads.

CREATIVE INSIGHT

Game day is more than the game itself; it is built through the rituals that help fans and team personalities get ready.

THE IDEA

How I Game Day: A behind-the- scenes social series that follows Raptors game day operations team through the routines, responsibilities, and rituals that get them ready for tip-off.
